Turn off the A38 at the Dartbridge junction (appx 25 miles between Exeter an Plymouth) after seeing big brown signs for Butterfly Farm, Buckfast Abbey and the Railway. Follow the signs to Buckfast Abbey. With the Abbey entrance on your right, go up the hill and turn right at the top into the lanes following signs to Scoriton and Holne. After 2 miles in the lanes only turn left when you see big green sign for The Tradesmans Arms. On entering the village see letterbox and notice board on left and row of white cottages ahead. Turn left up the lane in front of the cottages which appears to be a no through road and we are just fifty yards on the left. ....... If you pass the pub you have gone to far..... That comes later !
