A traditional old stone barn conversion situated in a small rural farming hamlet on the gentle slopes of South Dartmoor. Three miles from famous Buckfast Abbey and the A 38 Devon Expressway, 25 miles equidistant between Exeter and Plymouth. We can be found tucked away up a quiet country lane in our own grounds which consist of mature gardens, cider orchard and pasture land. We are directly on the Two Moors Way and have lovely views over the village and surrounding countryside from the garden. Secluded but not isolated we have our newly refurbished village inn, The Tradesman`s Arms, within a three minute walk where delicious home cooked meals and snacks are served every day accompanied by local ales, fine wines.
