We only keep two ground floor rooms for letting to preserve the unique atmosphere of The Barn. The Butterfly Room is a double and the pre-Raphaelite Room is a twin or superior king-size which can be converted to a family room with the addition of full size bunk beds, sleeping up to four. Both are en-suite and are individually furnished and equipped to a high standard to ensure your comfort and make your stay a pleasurable, relaxing and memorable one. You will have keys to the your own entrance to afford you independence and privacy.

You will be served breakfast in our oak beamed dining room, hung with tapestries and hunting artefacts, on a long solid oak dining table fit for a king, next to an inglenook fireplace where a fire is lit on cooler mornings. You can choose from our extensive breakfast menu which includes a healthy option, vegetarian choices or oak smoked kipper All our produce is either home grown or locally sourced as far as possible. Our own free range hens will provide your eggs and home made bread, freshly ground coffee and English breakfast tea will accompany your meal.
