Pat and Andy Dinning welcome you to The Barn. Where you can find peace and quiet, disturbed only by the sounds of doves cooing or Lorenzo, the cockerel, calling (not too early) in the mornings. Or the sound of the cows, who provide your morning milk, making their way down the lane to be milked morning and evening
We have a cozy, oak beamed dining room where you are served breakfast next to ingle-nook fireplace where we light a log fire on cooler mornings.
There is also a comfortable hall with a small library and leaflets describing the local area and nearby attraction s to help you plan your day To say nothing of Andy`s wealth of local knowledge.... Truth and Legend!
As a base for tourists in cars The barn is central for visiting the towns, cities and villages within easy reach Ample off road parking is provided
A pack-horse baggage carry-on facility and packed lunches are available for walkers
Our location is ideal for walkers being directly on the 2 Moors Way. One good days walk from Ivybridge
We are also on the Dartmoor Cycle Path and can provide safe storage for cycles
